Our Health Check and Recovery service is designed to review, validate and upgrade a current environment, make best practice recommendations, assist with exercising failover testing, and/or provide immediate onsite recovery assistance in the event of a disaster.
This pre-purchased, scheduled on-site service is performed and managed by a subject matter expert, and can include but is not limited to:
- Upgrade currently installed software products
- Health check review of existing environment
- Failover and/or data recovery testing
- Monitoring Procedures and activation plan review
- Software Maintenance Procedures review
- One on one knowledge transfer focused on product configuration and management
- Short notice assistance to fail over or fail back servers or applications (recovery service)
At the conclusion of the visit, the onsite engineer will review all relevant documentation and conduct an introductory handoff to provide the customer a seamless transition to our technical support center, which is available 24x7x365.
